Hemingway's Retreat is
$3,750.00/week. This $3,750 (in addition to your deposit and applicable
taxes) must be paid in full by cash or check 60 days prior to your stay to hold your
reservation. If not paid, you forfeit your $500 deposit and your
reservation. There is also a
Monroe County Sales/Bed Tax of 12.5% ($468.75) due with the week's
payment. Total Rental Due
$4,218.75 + Security deposit.

Cancellation
Policy - Reservation may be cancelled 60 days prior to scheduled stay
for a full refund. Cancellations within the 60 day period may result in
loss of your full paid rental. If the home can be rented up during all or
part of your previously scheduled stay, we will refund rent on a prorated
basis. The home will not be considered rented until all rent is paid in
full and will be rented strictly on a first come, first serve basis.
The security deposit is refundable if cancellations are received prior to
60 days before your reservation and if the house is left in acceptable
condition after your stay.

RULES
1. No cigarette smoking
inside the houses. Smoking is
permitted outside, but cigarette butts thrown in the sand will not be
tolerated. PLEASE PICK UP YOUR BUTTS!
