HOUSE RULES

 

1.       No cigarette smoking inside the houses.  Smoking is permitted outside, but cigarette butts thrown in the sand will not be tolerated.  PLEASE PICK UP YOUR BUTTS!

 

2.          Please do not remove any living plants or animals from the property, ie. turtles, iguanas, land crabs.  They are indigenous to the Keys and will not survive elsewhere.  This does not include LEGAL sea life. Disturbing lobster traps is a felony and will not be tolerated.

 

3.       Be reasonable and courteous to your neighbors, and they will be the same to you.  Have fun. but loud music, excessive yelling/partying are best left in Key West! Unruly children are best left at home!

 

4.       Leave your house in the same condition it was when you entered it.  You will forfeit your security deposit if there is damage or loss (and be responsible for extra charges should the damage/loss be over $500).

 

5.       Don't allow others who are not registered to stay overnight in your house.

*** This is important ***

If you are found to be ( or have been ) smoking inside the home, you will lose your paid rent AND your entire security deposit and be escorted off the property. Do not smoke in the home.

There is to be no jumping off of the grotto into the pool. There is a serious danger of death or serious injury to yourself or other guests by violating this rule. If you choose to jump from the grotto into the pool, you will be escorted from the property without delay.

 

          These are the rules of Sea Vista.  We only want our place to remain the haven that it is…..at all times.  You must agree to abide by these rule or Sea Vista is not the place for you to spend your vacation.

 

 

 

By signing here, I agree to follow the house rules at all times. Breaking any of these rules may cause me to lose my paid rent AND security deposit and be asked to leave the property. PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS

 

 

 

$500 Cash or Check Security/Reservation Deposit required to reserve your dates. 

 

In Season Rates:

( Beginning Christmas Week through April and 4th of July Week,
Lobster Mini Season Week and Fantasy Fest week )

Each house is $3,100/wk .This $3,100  (in addition to your deposit and applicable taxes) must be paid in full by cash or check 45 days prior to your stay to hold your reservation. If not paid, you forfeit your $500 deposit and your reservation.  There is also a Monroe County Sales/Bed Tax of 11.5% ($356.50) due with the week's payment.  Total Rental Due $ 3,456.50 + Security.

 

Off Season Rates:

( May through the week before Christmas week (Except holiday weeks mentioned above)
and mini Lobster Season )

Each house is $ 2,500.00. This $ 2,500.00 (in addition to your deposit and applicable taxes) must be paid in full by cash or check 45 days prior to your stay to hold your reservation. If not paid, you forfiet your $ 500.00 deposit and your reservation. There is also a Monroe County Sales/Bed tax of 11.5 % ($ 287.50) Due with the weeks payment. Total Rental Due $ 2,787.50 + Security.

 

The deposit is refundable if cancellations are received prior to 45 days before your reservation ( 60 days for Christmas and New Years week ) and if the house is left in acceptable condition after your stay. Please note the House Rules above.
